Fitness Accounts You Can Follow to Keep Your Fitness On While Traveling ( or at home)

One of the most challenging things to keep up while traveling is your workout routine. Not all hotels have good gyms and let’s be honest, it’s hard to make the time to go to the gym when you have a full itinerary.

Here are some great fitness gurus on instagram that have consistently push out great workout content and they have all stepped up during the self quarantine era to help everyone at home get a decent work out. Check out their highlights for some pre-released workout content!


Damon Bell

This is the one to follow for all your at home workout needs. He often post workouts that you don’t need equipments for and they are super easy to follow. You can do this at home, or inside a hotel room.


Nathan McCallum

He usually post workouts you can do at the gym, but during this WFH period, he’s pushed out quite a few workouts you can do at home.


Brian DeCosta

His account is a bit more intense but he has put out some great workouts during the quarantine period. I discovered his account during this time and they are definitely serious workouts geared towards bodybuilders or frequent gym-goers.
